  • I will not ask you to do intense workouts everyday. Effective movement is the movement that you can maintain with consistency. For some people that's 2 workouts a week at home. For others, it's 4 workouts at the gym.

  • I will not tell you that everything is going to be easy. There will always be challenges along the way in any journey, especially as you're learning new things & getting consistent. But I will be there for you every step of the way. You will improve your mindset to give you back your confidence.

  • I WILL ask you to show up, make your health a priority, and hold you accountable to achieve the goals you set.
