Free 7-Day Balanced Meal Plan

Let’s face it. One of the most challenges part of our lives is figuring out what to eat, especially what to make for dinner. I’m here to share with you that we do not have to make meal planning hard. Here is a FREE Meal Plan.

One of most important factors in our health is our nutrition. I want you to know that it does not have to be complicated. We just have to go back to the basics.

Our plates need to be balanced. We need to eat 3 meals a day with a nutritious snack. We need to stop telling ourselves that foods are either “bad” or "good”. All foods have a place in our diet. We just have to create a better balance and get the basics right.

Our plates should be half fruits/vegetables, 1/4 protein, and 1/4 a complex carb like rice or a potato with a portion of healthy fats.

Stop making it complicated. You need to put your favorites in a rotation. For example, if you like Taco Tuesday make traditional tacos, the next Tuesday make a taco salad, then the following week turn it into a taco bowl. Change up your toppings and protein options.
