We can all use a little help in eating cleaner and healthier, but many of us just feel overwhelmed knowing where to start. The thought of having to plan every meal every day is daunting for most of us, myself included. The reality is that many of us don't have the time or energy to make meals happen. Meals become stressful, if not impossible tasks.
This 4 Week Program will provide you with the tools to make planning, choosing, preparing, and shopping easier.
This program includes:
-A personalized prescription meal plan by Dr. Kristine Garverick CRNP with the nutritional components calculated specifically for you based off of your current body measurements, activity level, & health goals.
-Meal plans that are interactive- Swap when you want
-Recipes that are basic to the chefs as heart
-Smart grocery lists making grocery shopping a breeze
-Hit the easy button by sending your grocery lists to Instacart or Walmart to get your groceries delivered straight to your door
-Stay on track with a built-in food, exercise, and water tracker that is monitored by Dr. Kristine
-GPS restaurant locator to find foods that fit into your meal plan when on the go
-Each week a new 5 day meal plan options is sent via email for a total of 4 weeks of meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, & snacks.
-Weekly nutritional and health education provided via email
-Unlimited email and chat messaging with Dr. Kristine Garverick CRNP
-At the conclusion of the 4 weeks, you will be provided an option to continue with our Meal Planning Program.
